Devin Townsend - Epicloud (2012)

Devin Townsend yet again proves his right on this album to be called one of modern metal's most illustrious figures. Here, he opted for a poppy style that still fits within the progressive genre. Anneke van Giersbergen once again adds her charm to make for some unforgettable tunes. They're all anthemic, incredibly catchy and downright fun. And don't forget to listen to Epiclouder; there's some amazing, very diverse stuff on that as well.
