Storm Corrosion - Storm Corrosion (2012)

This is another very beautiful album, and one of the best prog albums of the year. Featuring prog icons Mikael Akerfeldt and Steven Wilson, Storm Corrosion is a very dark, very atmospheric album with a highly unique style (and artwork). If you are looking for something from this year to whet your exotic musical appetite, then look no further than this album (and Anastasis).
