From Maudlin of the Well/Kayo Dot mastermind Toby Driver comes this intriguing, if not depressing avant-garde jazz album. It's a meandering, haunting affair interwoven with beautiful melodies and subtle textures. Even discounting all his other phenomenal work, this album alone proves the musical genius of Mr. Driver.
