Tycho - Dive (2011)

 This is an absolutely gorgeous album that put Tycho, aka Scott Hansen, on the map as a respected electronic composer. Many have compared this album to the legendary duo Boards of Canada and I agree with that assessment for the most part although I would say most of the songs on Dive are beat-oriented. But that's not a bad thing because surrounding the beats is beautiful ambiance and emotionality.
